A group of friends joined Alastair and me at Canyon Lake for my 66th birthday. I swam by myself at the lake on my birthday a year ago, and the weather conditions were identical to this year: air temp 60F, water temp 54F, sunny and very little wind.

After swimming, we all hung out on the beach with hot chocolate and birthday cake, and talked about events we’re training for in 2020. Great day!
