Kathleen Bober is an independent producer/project manager of interactive multimedia, based in Arizona. She has been active in the computer game industry for over 25 years, starting in 1991 as a freelance illustrator for Legend Entertainment Company. Kathleen transitioned from an illustrator to a project manager/producer, working on a diverse range of projects for multiple clients: online health education courses for children and adults, interactive museum kiosks, and social-mobile games. Recently, she has worked on contract as the director of art operations for the Lisa Frank Company, an international brand specializing in stationery and school products for children and preteens, and as a project manager for HappyGiant, a social-mobile game developer and publisher creating interactive entertainment for online and mobile devices.
Kathleen has lived in Tucson with her partner Alastair since 1998, and both love the year-round outdoor lifestyle. Her favorite pastimes include road cycling, open water swimming, yoga and hiking. Since 2010, Kathleen has competed in numerous swimming, cycling and running events, and is currently training for a triathlon in Arizona in October and the Las Vegas Rock ‘n’ Roll half marathon in November.
